MMBM
First response, Yes! For ease of address, could we assign MMBM as the
vernacular code-word for Mastermind BiMonthly.
Could I submit that co-committing to any schedule for participation would
precede the strategy points around either the tool sets or the agenda?
I had "screen share" on my mind this morning even before reading this
message.. but was thinking it imperative to establish top level interest
first.
My experience is around sales and while any response would indicate a level
of interest, I'd be looking for explicit buy-in before advancing the talks.
As for the agenda, my primary interests are around [Cross Examination of
business ideas], [Ideas and Solutions], [Global and Domestic Affairs and
Policy].
But for example, I don't want to do any of that on this thread, prior to
procuring the interest of the 4 original invitees or back-filling any number
less than 4.
Essentially what I'm asking is that we make a soft commitment about
participation before descent from the 30,000 foot position. Is that
reasonable and/or necessary?

Anyway, I'm suggesting that we could do better than
a shared phone call, without needing any special
client software to support it.
I have a Google+ circle called Following which
contains Google Developers and Android Developers,
which I find an interesting source of info about
stuff like this.

Bron - Call to convene 2/21/2012

I’d like to suggest a shared format for communication moving forward – a shared call on perhaps an every-other month basis.
I’d like to be the initial administrator for ensuring this call will happen, but perhaps rotating the leadership function in time.
Is it possible that the 4 of us can clear a bimonthly time-slot for ongoing discussion, and if so when best in a week would that happen?
I’d like this call to be a calendar event with agenda and minutes, with goals and action items, and 4-way input and participation.
Initially I’d like to limit the participation to 4 members with the understanding that there is as much flexibility as there needs to be.

about iPhone apps, but the principles are the same.

I suggest that you ought to be thinking about
what sort of apps would be appealing and how to
market them. All of that is more challenging
than simply constructing the apps.
