I’d like to suggest a shared format for communication moving forward – a shared call on perhaps an every-other month basis.

I’d like to be the initial administrator for ensuring this call will happen, but perhaps rotating the leadership function in time.

Is it possible that the 4 of us can clear a bimonthly time-slot for ongoing discussion, and if so when best in a week would that happen?

I’d like this call to be a calendar event with agenda and minutes, with goals and action items, and 4-way input and participation.

Initially I’d like to limit the participation to 4 members with the understanding that there is as much flexibility as there needs to be.

Thoughts??
